GROWNDING OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS’ PREPA-RATION FOR PREVENTIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the pedagogical conditions that ensure readiness for preventive activities of future social workers. This study allows to conclude that the development of pedagogical conditions should be aimed at changing the characteristics of the components of readiness for preventive activities, optimization of the technological process of preparation, and identification of priority professional qualities needed for development and forming of social workers for carrying out preventive activities. The author suggests that the forming of readiness for preventive activities of future social workers will be effective if following pedagogical conditions is implemented in the educational process: the saturation of the training content of future social workers with the priority provisions and directions of the preventive activities; using in the training of future social workers person-oriented preventive action technology; forming of professionally significant qualities of the aforementioned experts. Carried out and described in the article detailed theoretical study of three pedagogical conditions for forming of readiness for preventive activities gave us the opportunity for pedagogy reasonable and practice appropriate implementation them in the real training process.
