AN EMPIRICAL EVALUATION OF PRECONDITIONS FOR THE RISE OF THE CREATIVE CLASS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of empirical evaluation of preconditions for the rise of the creative class in Ukraine. The necessity for forming the creative class is outlined. The world's leading creative class countries are revealed. Critical analysis of factors and preconditions for the rise of the creative class in Ukraine is carried out. Stimulating and inhibitory factors of the Ukrainian creative class rise are identified.
