An Examination of the Systematic Risk Determinants in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Abstract
This paper aims to study the impact certain financial variables have on the systematic risk of companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Investors usually decide whether to invest or not based on the risk patterns and the risk appetite. This study aims to help investors gain a better understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the factors which influence risk in the same.
