AN OVERVIEW OF THE DETERMINANTS OF THE CLUSTER SYSTEM OF SETTLEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPATIAL ORGANIZATION OF THE TERRITORY

Abstract
The article presents a series of discourses that highlight types of city-founding states and develops a discussion on the factors of compatibility of industrial cities with agricultural activities. The typical settlements included in the territorial cluster and the types of clusters themselves are determined. The author suggests ways to improve the described shortcomings for use in a software-oriented approach to managing the development of settlements and territories.
