Abstract
This article presents a case of a 33-year-old man stung by a hornet with anaphylaxis shock diagnosis complicated by the myocardial infarction with the transient ST-segment elevation also known as Kounis syndrome. This is a rare allergy manifestation to Hymenoptera venom. There was described the complicated anaphylaxis treating strategy with the acute coronary syndrome. ............................... Artykuł przedstawia opis przypadku 33-letniego mężczyzny, u którego rozpoznano wstrząs anafilaktyczny po użądleniu przez szerszenia powikłany zawałem mięśnia sercowego z przemijającym uniesieniem odcinka ST, tzw. zespół Kounisa. Jest to rzadka manifestacja alergii na jad owadów błonkoskrzydłych. Opisano strategię leczenia anafilaksji powikłanej ostrym zespołem wieńcowym.
