Analisis Ketuntasan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Peserta Didik di SMA Negeri 1 Karas Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 pada Mata Pelajaran Biologi Ditinjau dari Profil Pemenuhan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Proses Pembelajaran

Abstract
This research aimed to find out the cognitive learning achievement of students in biology subject viewed from eligibility profile of national education and learning process standard in SMA Negeri 1 Karas in the school year of 2017/2018. The research method employed was descriptive method using qualitative approach through observation, questionnaire distribution, and direct interview. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The result of research showed that the eligibility proportion of SMA Negeri 1 Karas in 8 national education standards was 81.48%. The result of analysis on National Exam in the last three years in Biology subject showed that there was a decrease in the mean score of material mastery with the scores of 77.69, 67.16, and 56.04 in 2015, 2016, and 2017, respectively. The result of learning process questionnaire distributed in school showed that according to teachers the learning process had reached 83.3% and according to students it had reached 65.7%. The learning conducted by teachers had been compatible to the 2013 curriculum. The learning process conducted by teachers, according to students, had run well but still needed development and improvement to make the students’ cognitive learning outcome better, one of which is through scientific learning integrated into the studentoriented active learning.
