Abstract

If the results of the power structure are already not eligible then it need replacement Structure over with designs and local content materials. there are by Wall truss Warren type made by hot roll profile steel or by V girder made by fabrication of plate steel with joint weld technic.In this paper, will be explained whether the use of a bridge order roads will be more optimum (effective and efficient) comparation of replacement bridge by Warren truss type or V Girder type made by plate steel with joint by weld in the fabrication steel. The loads that are used on the highway bridge, grouped into three groups load, i.e. the weight of its own gelagar/girder, an extra dead weight, and the burden of life. Additional dead weight who analyzed i.e. load of concrete and asphalt, while the load for the burden of living with the function of the highway is a load of D consisting of distributed load (load distribution) and load the Knife Edge Load (KEL) based on "the imposition For SNI 1725-2016 bridge. Based on results of the calculations between the stem and the frame of the bridge module Gelagar v. steel Girder spans measure 41.15 m for highway bridge obtained the conclusion that on the bridge of the highway more effective use of type order rods compared to bridges gelagar V Girder. It is seen from the results of the deflection reaction is happening and the ratio of the power of both bridges, which lendutan on order of the stem are smaller while the ratio of strength greater than V bridge Girder.On the other handreplacement of upper structure with truss wall type can using precast concrete plate deck without convertion cast insitu technic, because plate deck as cross composite module with cross girder as main girder and load distribution direct to truss wall as point load.
