Abstract
У статті розглянуто тенденції та процеси функціонування ринку праці Тернопільської області. Проаналізовано рух робочої сили та його вплив на обсяги, структуру, рівень динаміки та регіональні відмінності. Окреслено заходи сприяння зайнятості населення та його соціального захисту. Досліджено вплив факторів структури економічно активного населення на чисельність безробітних. Встановлено причини виникнення безробіття у Тернопільській області.
