Analiza majątku polskich spółdzielni

Abstract
Celem tego artykułu jest analiza majątku spółdzielni pod kątem zmian w jego strukturze oraz ocena sprawności zarządzania i rentowności aktywów. Analizą objęto lata 2005-2010. Przeprowadzone badania pokazało zmniejszanie się udziału majątku trwałego na rzecz majątku obrotowego w majątku ogółem. W kolejnych analizowanych latach ujawniła się większa produktywność majątku, na co wskazuje wskaźnik rotacji aktywów, a wskaźnik rentowności wskazuje na coraz większą efektywność jego wykorzystania. Co więcej, aktywa operacyjne wypracowywały z każdym rokiem coraz większą sprzedaż, co oznacza, że były bardziej wydajne.
