Analysis of automated solutions on the contractual management at the enterprise

Abstract
Introduction. As the modern world is actively developing in the technological direction the use of information technology by the enterprise is vital. Automation of business management is becoming increasingly relevant to various organizations. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to consider various options for automation of contractual management in order to compare them and to identify their main differences. Results. Contractual management is a process that covers all stages of contract work from the moment the parties discuss the terms and till the moment when the contract is transferred to the archive. The automation of this process can be considered as the main solution for improving its efficiency and thus the efficiency of the entire enterprise. Automation of contractual management is implemented in the company's activities for the achievement of certain goals. Some of those goals are: the ability to obtain information on all existing contracts at the enterprise quickly both on those with the expiry date and on current contracts; control of all participants in contractual activities; the absence of the need to change the entire information system of the enterprise which needs a lot of expenses; creation of a single base for all contracts; saving documents from losses or errors. In the article several systems of automation of contractual management were considered in order to understand their differences and features: electronic system «DILO» is made to support contracts from the moment of their formation to the fulfillment of obligations of the parties; document management system EOS for SharePoint; system SAP Business One and automation of management based on DocSpace system. In addition to the four systems of automation of contractual management that were considered exist many other similar software programs. Conclusion. In the article some examples of automation of contractual management were considered. Each of these systems provides full control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations and quick access to information but also have some differences. The manager of an enterprise should clearly define for himself what results he wants to get from the system and decide which of the corresponding software he should purchase.
