Analysis of court verdicts concerning hooligan acts committed by children

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of judicial verdicts on hooligan acts committed by children. The court decisions, adopted in accordance with Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, are analyzed, in particular, judgments concerning hooliganism committed by minors. Attention is drawn to the complexity of the adoption of such decisions and the criteria by which the courts make such sentences.
