ANALYSIS OF CURRENT OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT FOR FOREIGN COMPANIES INDUSTRIAL

Abstract
The article is an analysis of the current state and defining the main features of operational management in leading foreign industrial enterprises. The features of the application of modern management concepts operating system in different countries, the most common identified in leading foreign industrial tools and concepts for operational management. The advantages of modern concepts of operational management in foreign industrial enterprises. The possibility of adapting foreign experience implementing modern concepts of operations management at the Ukrainian industrial and summarized the main factors impeding the smooth transition to a new model of management.
