ANALYSIS OF ENTERPRISE PROVISION BY CURRENT TANGIBLE ASSETS: CONDITION AND PERSPECTIVES OF THE BAKERY INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The analysis of retrospective aspects and modern trends of strategic alternatives to the development of enterprises of the Ukrainian baking industry is conducted in the article. The reasons of recession of the production in the baking industry, ineffective usage of technological lines, obsolescence of production technology and physical facilities in enterprises, as well as the decrease of profitability (growth of unprofitability) in the industry are found out. The importance of overcoming the economic crisis at bakery enterprises requires the development of an integrated approach to its problems and gives grounds to assert, that it is necessary to conduct constant monitor and analyze activities of bakery enterprises in the order to obtain complete information about real condition of affairs and usage it to work-out measures for management development of these enterprises.
