Abstract
Reviewed the basic principles of the Framework security standards and world trade facilitation of the World Customs Organization. The strategic objectives of economic policy, which can be achieved using institute of authorized economic operator (AEO), are determined. Outlined promising areas of scientific research for practical implementation in Ukraine of the AEO Institute and state regulation of their activities.
