ANALYSIS OF EXISTING DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE PERSONNEL

Abstract
Work with staff in the executive committees, as well as in any institution funded by the local budget, should be carried out exclusively within the framework of existing legislation. The latter, unfortunately, remains imperfect today. In addition, at present, the activities of the personnel services of local authorities do not fully meet modern requirements. This, in turn, affects the quality and effectiveness of the personnel service in general. Based on the above, it seems advisable to develop a series of measures that will provide an opportunity to enhance the role of the executive staff in the implementation of modern staffing technologies.
