ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN SUPERMARKETS OF RETAIL TRADE

Abstract

The article deals with the most common management technologies used in the management of retail supermarkets. These technologies include technologies related to the administration of the business process of goods movement in the store. An important research sphere is the management of the supermarket assortment and sales. Also the tools of personnel management are considered in the article. The basics of implementa¬tion of information technologies and management reports are considered.
