Analysis of Material Removal Rate and Surface Roughness Varing Parameters from CNC Lathe Machine
Journal Title: International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering Research and Development (IJMPERD ) - Year 2018, Vol 8, Issue 2
Abstract
The influence of machining parameters on MRR (material removal rate) and Ra surface roughness this is the important role in manufacturing using CNC machines. Machining industries more challenge of manufacturing good quality product and cost effective in short time. In the present work, Taguchi method is studied and implemented fort the design of system the process parameters design such as depth of cut, feed rate and spindle speed of CNC turning machine for aluminium material. This is are three suitable factors affect and based on the orthogonal array is (L16) and Minitab-16 software is useding to analyze the experimental work. The S/N ratio and ANOVA Methods are studying the performance in CNC machines. The MRR is considered “larger is better” whereas Ra “smaller is better”. In this Present work is the turning of material aluminium alloy 6262.
