ANALYSIS OF POSSIBILITIES AND REASONABLENESS OF THE APPLICATION OF SSL LED IN THE PROCESS OF WHEAT GRASS CULTIVATION LIGHTING

Abstract
Cereal grasses, and especially wheat grass, are more and more frequently recognized as a natural food product, rich in natural vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, enzymes and nutrients. Their juices: nourish, strengthen the immune system, inhibit development of free oxygen radicals, heal skin diseases, prevent from inflammatory disorders, reduce cholesterol, decrease a risk of atherosclerosis, neutralize pesticides, help with keeping the proper body weight, remove toxic substances from blood and liver, and improve DNA.The article discusses the subject connected with the process of artificial lighting wheat grasses, produced at home conditions, which is essential especially in the period of autumn and winter. The experimental system, con-nected with the optimization of the process of wheat grass lighting during cultivation has been presented and discussed. This system enables to elaborate project assumptions, support designing and implement dedicated, low-cost, energy-saving and reliable LED lamps into production intended for the optimised support of indoor wheat grass cultivation.<br/><br/>
