ANALYSIS OF THE INSTITUTE OF CORPORATE AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the institute of the corporate agreement, which is introduced by the laws “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding corporate agreements” and “On limited liability companies”. Positive and negative aspects of the mentioned institute are considered. A conclusion is made on the expediency and necessity of the introduction of the Institute of a corporate contract into Ukrainian legislation.
