THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL ACTS WHICH PROVISIONS GOVERN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE IN CRISIS CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the reference, scientific, educational and methodological literature and normative legal acts with the purpose of determining the main directions for improving regulatory and legal acts, the norms of which are regulated by the administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions. It is established that today one of the main areas in this sphere is the improvement of legislation in the field of foreign investment. Particular attention is paid to improving licensing procedures. The author noted that none of the proposed steps can be implemented without an appropriate program document that would clearly establish at the legislative level the gradual steps of the authorized bodies of the public administration to exit the country from a difficult financial situation.
