Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis the practical measures taken by the European Union to resolve the legal relationship in the area of electronic signature and electronic trust services. The results of the STORK series projects have been researched, taking into account the problems that arise in the Ukrainian legislation with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Trust Services”.
