TECHNICALLY COMPLEX HOUSEHOLD GOODS AS AN OBJECT OF CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of a technically complex household goods as an object of civil legal relations. In particular, the definition of the concept of a technically complex household product is given, the general and special features are distinguished, according to which these goods differ from other industrial goods of a consumer purpose. Attention is focused on the difference between technically complex household goods and complex things. The purpose of the fixing by the legislator of lists of technically complex household goods is given.
