GENESIS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL CONSTRAINTS

Abstract
In this scientific article, the author analyzed the concepts of restrictions, legal restrictions, administrative and legal constraints. The legal positions of scientists concerning the understanding of the essence of these concepts are highlighted. The derivative characteristics of these concepts are determined. A periodization of the genesis of legal constraints has been made. The stages of the formation and development of administrative and legal constraints are singled out.
