Analysis of the legal possibilities for the implementation of public tasks with the use of public resources by the institution of the investment fund

Abstract
The purpose of this publication is to analyze the possibility of investment public funds in investment certificates issued by investment funds. However, the provisions of the Act on Public Finance seem to restrict the possibility of equity investment in the public financial instruments with public funds only to the acquisition of the shares. It seems to allow such a commitment to the implementation of public projects.
