ANALYSIS OF THE STATUS OF FORMATION OF JOINT TERRITORIAL GROUPS IN DROHOBYCHCHINIYA

Abstract
The article examines the powers of territorial communities in accordance with the current legislation. The state of formation of united territorial communities in Drohobych region is analyzed. The necessity of creating capable territorial communities is proved. Тhe main advantages of such association are described. Investigated the functions and powers of territorial communities, which illegitimately took over by local councils and executive committees. As a result, the absence of any effective control over their activities by the territorial communities, which leads to corruption in all its possible manifestations.
