ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF LIMIT VALUES OF FRICTION FACTOR DURING BURNISHING WITH METAL-CONTAINIING LUBRICANT
Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2017, Vol 74, Issue
Abstract
The theoretical research of the interaction the surface with deforming tool parts at burnishing with metal-containing lubricant, which is effective for the treatment of parts made of titanium alloys, is described in the article. The analytical dependence relationship set the coefficient of friction of relations mechanical properties of metal parts and components of the dispersed lubricant, and the largest displacement in the surface-layer details was carried out. It was established that the use of metal particulate component with lower mechanical properties than metal parts reduces the coefficient of friction and improves the efficiency of the process.
