RESTORATION OF PRECISION FRICTION UNITS
Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2016, Vol 73, Issue
Abstract
The article gives an overview of current trends in tribology related to the solution of problems of extending the resource of precision pairs. The question of the electrochemical recovery of the NS units in operation is considered. It is done with the use of media having high electrical resistance (PEG).

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES OF ENERGY LOADING OF FRICTION PAIRS OF BAND-BLOCK BRAKES WITH AN AIR-LIQUID COOLING SYSTEM (part one)
The article illustrates the methodology of experimental researches of the energyloading of friction pairs of a band-block brake with an air-liquid cooling system in industrial conditions. The purpose of the work is to ju...
ELEVATED TEMPERATURE TRIBOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS OF COMPOSITE ELECTROLYTIC COATINGS WITH EUTECTIC FILLER
The elevated temperature tribotechnical investigations of composite nickel-based electrolytic coatings are carried out. As a composite coating filler the wear-resistant eutectic alloy powder designed for operation at ele...
FRICTION AND WEAR IN LUBRICATION METAL-CONTAINING POLYMER BASED ON PHENYLONE FILLED BRONZE
The article is devoted to the search of rational compositions for bearings instead of scarce metals and alloys. It is shown that using of metal-containing polymer based on aromatic polyamide phenylone and bronze not only...
INFLUENCE MECHANICAL ACTION ON FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
The article analyzes а flexible printed circuit boards in functional electronics deformation (bending, stretching, resonant strain), proposed methods of calculating the deformation of flexible printed circuit boards, and...
THE CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO THE CREATION OF THE SURFACE-MODIFIED LAYERS AND PROTECTIVE COATINGS OF THE INCREASED WEAR RESISTANCE
Based on the energy model of the tribosystem and the ideas about the structure- rheological mechanisms of energy dissipation and the reduction of the tension of the surface layers in a dynamically loaded frictional conta...
