ANDRAGOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION OF NURSE SPECIALIST AS A PREREQUISITE OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the andragogical approaches to the organization of educational activities in the process of postgraduate education of undergraduate training courses for nurses specialists, which are carried out by higher medical educational institutions. Andragogical approaches provide organization of educational process of practitioners of nursing in healthcare institutions on the basis of andragogical principles, the introduction of which contributes to the close interaction of theory and practice including the development of cognitive processes of the listener, development of his/her cognitive processes, which results in constant cultivation and growth of his/her personality, the ability to independently solve clinical predicted and non-standard situations, understanding the results of self-improvement through learning and systematic work on oneself; the desire for individualization and self-expression contributes to the growth of self-esteem, confidence in the performance of functional responsibilities, expands the forms of professional activity. Conclusions are made on the necessity of a pedagogical experiment with the purpose of further substantiation of theoretical and methodical foundations of professional skills development of nursing specialists in the system of postgraduate education, including the andragogical aspect, in order to analyze the data obtained, to develop mechanisms for the practical application of research results.
