Abstract
Citrulluscolocynthis(L)Schred is an important medicinal plant of family Cucubitaceae. The crude fruit extract was examined for antimicrobial potentialities against human pathogen bacterial. Fruit extract was evaluated on bacterial strain like Pseudomonasaeroginosa, Shigellashingaand Klebsiella pneumonia.The ethanol and methanol fruit extract exhibit significant activity against all test organiam.
