Abstract
Антикризове управління підприємством – нове явище для економіки України, що забезпечує стабільність функціонування підприємства. Поява антикризового управління зумовлена необхідністю фінансового оздоровлення численних підприємств, що функціонують у стані неплатоспроможності або у стані кризи та потребують управління, яке орієнтоване на виведення підприємства з цього стану.
