Abstract
The article analyses theoretical and practical aspects of leadership coaching in innovative projects through creative management as an important component of the successful implementation of the strategy’s adaptation to market transformations. The application of creative management in the practical activity of enterprises and organizations associated with changes in methods of competitiveness on the basis of new vision, and non-standard approach in projects and teams management, which deals with innovations of any nature: technical and technological, organizational, products, etc.
