Antistatic protective garments – requirements and test methods

Abstract
This paper presents requirements of antistatic protective garments and gives the current criteria of protection against static electricity for: clothes, gloves and shoes used in explosive atmospheres and in the electronics industry. Test methods of finished products and materials used for antistatic protective garments, in accordance with the normative documents has been listed in this paper.
