Anybody will be able to Study for an Accredited Degree Free of Charge

Abstract
Searching "Free university and college degree" from Google, over 142 million entries were found but most were nor relevant. The first relevant entry is University of the People (UoPeople) which claimed to be the world's first tuition-free, accredited online university. It offers Bachelor's programs in Business Administration in Computer Science. UoPeople has admitted over 2,000 students from over 150 countries. It is a private not-for-profit institution. It claims to be accredited by the Commission of Distance Education and Training council. However, the credential of the Accreditation organization may be questionable. Therefore, as of the beginning of the year 2015, there is a petition going on in the US to use MOOC to offer free online college access for all thru a "USA Nationally Accredited free MOOC University". The petition is headed by the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama and a group of politicians including member of the US Senate, House of Representatives, and Governors.
