APPLICATION OF THE BENCHMARKING IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPROVING THE FINANCIAL STATE OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the urgent issues of improving the financial condition of enterprises in crisis conditions with the use of innovative management tools. The scientific views on the concept of «financial condition» are analyzed. The views of scientists concerning the definition of «benchmarking» are considered. The key principles of using benchmarking for improving the financial condition of the enterprise are investigated. The article deals with the main types of benchmarking used in business activities.
