Approach to the determination of the technical state of building structures under force and high-temperature influences

Abstract

The analysis of literary sources and statistical data is carried out. Most of the emergencies arise due to the unsatisfactory technical condition of structures, equipment and engineering networks and their significant deterioration as a result of the expiration of the normative period of operation, failure to comply with regulatory volumes of planned preventive repairs, violation of the operating regulations and insufficient reliability of operation in conditions of extreme natural phenomena. The paper proposes a new approach to the determination of the technical state of structures under force and high-temperature influences. The approach will allow, based on the analysis of the technical and regulatory documentation, to establish parameters and criteria of the technical condition, analyze possible failures and damages, conduct a survey of structures and draw conclusions about the technical condition in which the structures are located. It is advisable to determine the technical condition of the used building designs on the basis of the results of the survey, with the subsequent use of the results obtained for the simulation of the technical condition with the software ANSYS and verification of the calculation of the system «base – foundation – upper structure ». Calculations should be made taking into account possible combinations of power, deformation and high-temperature influences with the use of calculation schemes and models that fully reflect the specifics of the deformation of all elements of the system.
