APPROXIMATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN UKRAINE TO EUROPEAN STANDARDS

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of constructing a Ukrainian model of public administration organization and using the experience of the European Union countries in terms of reforming the territorial organization of power. It has been shown that a number of principles and requirements for the organization of government create the principles of their application in order to approximate to a certain reference model for the construction and implementation of human-oriented public power. The features of the Ukrainian model of the organization of power are revealed, which is expressed through the system of economic and political dual power.
