APRENDIZAGEM ONLINE NA PERSPECTIVA TRANSDISCIPLINAR: EXPERIÊNCIAS DESENVOLVIDAS NO SESC-SP

Abstract

Thinking the development of an electronic format course in perspective of the complex thinking of Edgar Morin refers to the search for the understanding of transdisciplinarity and how it is challenging and innovative for the reflections on subjects that are part of corporate educational environments. This article aims to clarify the concept of transdisciplinarity, which is presented on three pillars: complexity, the logic of the included third, and different levels of reality. This research aimed to analyze, in the light of this theory, the experiences developed at SESC-SP with employees who participated in a training course in the e-learning format associated with discussion forum. The data analyzed were collected in the year 2015, and the analysis considered the principles of transdisciplinarity with emphasis on the interactions carried out in a virtual learning environment. The results showed significant agreement rates among students in relation to the questions presented, which allows us to identify principles closely related to transdisciplinary issues in this teaching / learning methodology.
