Areas of improvement of legal regulation of administrative relations in the field of educational services

Abstract
The article based on an analysis of scientific views of scholars and laws of Ukraine the main directions of improvement of legal regulation of administrative relations in the field of education. Proved that sex problems identified in the provision of educational services – these are the main areas on which the legislator should pay attention primarily to improve the legal regulation of administrative relations in the field of education.
