Assessment of the efficiency of the management system of the PJSC "Morshynsky Plant of Mineral Waters Oscar"

Abstract

The main directions of growth of mineral water production are investigated. In relation to the directions of production growth due to the choice of marketing concept. The strategy of intensive growth as deep penetration into the market, expansion of market boundaries and product development are outlined. Integrative growth strategy is presented as regressive, progressive and horizontal integration. The marketing activity is defined in the context of two groups of tasks, in particular, as a practical implementation of the strategy of the plant's exit into new markets with competitive, high-quality products and the creation of a mobile and flexible system of interaction of functional services with customers and potential consumers of products produced by PJSC "Morshinsky Mineral Water Plant "Oscar". Proved, it is the concept of marketing that will be able to most effectively meet the needs of consumers, get the target market and profit in the enterprise. The work of the sales and marketing department and the influence of organizational and economic directions on the production activity of enterprises on the production of mineral waters are analyzed. The basic methods of stimulating demand for market leaders are determined - weighted advertising and PR-strategy, marketing - marketing activity. The advantages of e-commerce are outlined. The ideas and means of improvement in evaluating the efficiency of the management system.
