Abstract

Self-evaluation as a Condition of the Professionalization of Teacher Work of Primary Education Self-evaluation is a reflective approach to their work, watching the various professional of the activity in which every day becomes an essential component of a teacher of primary education. It activates and maintains a reflection on him and the work performed. It enables the person concerned, self-contained design of the key planes in the area of professional development, etc. The formulation of objectives, expectations, strategies and results, success criteria and evaluation to determine the sources and types of information, the choice of methods and techniques of data collection and the development of appropriate tools diagnosis, etc. The feature that distinguishes self-evaluation of evaluation is the fact that in the course of the first is undertaken the effort to determine the value of their own actions. This raises the possibility of a teacher in two roles: the evaluator and the decision maker.
