AUTOMOBILE TRANSPORT SAFETY IN THE TRANSPORT SECTOR

Abstract
The article deals with the problems and prospects of development of road transport safety in the transport sector in Ukraine in terms of the legal aspect. The problems of vehicles safety, which jointly with the culture of road users behavior as one of the social conditions minimize the occurrence of accidents on the road and are the subject of deep scientific and methodological analysis.
