Avoiding Unbeneficial Handoff and Reducing Handoff Latency in Wlans Based on Network Condition
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 2, Issue 9
Abstract
like signal strength, load balancing, number of connections, network status and frequencies engaged etc. This frequent handoff may disturb the services and create few milliseconds of interruption. This delay and number of unwanted handoffs should be minimized for break less performance. Increasing in packet loss rates and heavy traffic will initiate incorrect handoff. In this paper we proposed a numerical method to calculate the network status for avoiding unbeneficial handoffs and to eliminate unwanted traffic.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF TiO2NANOCRYSTALS BY SOL-GEL METHOD AND STUDY THE EFFECT OF CALCINATION TEMPERATURE ON ITS PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY
TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a simple sol-gel method at different calcinations temperature. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction andUV visible spectroscopy techniques. Hydroxyl radicals (•...
MINIMISATION OF LEAKAGE (SPILLAGE) CURRENT IN CMOS CIRCUITS USING INPUT VECTOR
In CMOS circuits, the lessening of the edge voltage because of voltage scaling prompts increment in sub limit spillage current and thus, static force scattering. We have proposed a novel strategy called LECTOR for ou...
A PAPER CURRENCY RECOGNITION SYSTEM USING IMAGE PROCESSING TO IMPROVE THE RELIABILITY WITH PCA METHOD
Automatic paper currency recognition always depends on the currency note characteristics of a particular country and the extraction of features directly affects the ability of recognition. Currency has great signific...
STUDYING OF OPEN LOOP CONTROLLER ON DRIVE SYSTEM
A control system is an interconnection of components shaping a system configuration that will give the required system response. The basis for analysis of a system is the foundation provided by a linear system, which as...
DNA CRYPTOGRAPHY USING TRANSFORMATION ENCRYPTION ALGORITHM
DNA cryptography is a new and promising field in information security. It combines classical solutions in cryptography with the strength of the genetic material. By introducing DNA into the common symmetric key c...
