Abstract
The article is devoted to the right of freedom of peaceful assembly in Ukraine. The current state of observance of the right to freedom of peaceful assemblies by national police workers of Ukraine considering the standards of the Convention on the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms are examined in the article. Directions of solving of urgent problems in the specified sphere are determined.
