Background of Differentiated Approach to Physical Education in Schools in Rural Areas

Abstract
This article is all about growing patterns, development and formation of children’s motor functions. They determine the relevance of the research – optimization of the educational process in ungraded schools using differentiated approach at PE lessons. The basic criteria of how to use differentiated approach – a level of physical development and functional morphological indicators such as level of physical development and level of physical health are determined. Specific features of physical culture classes in rural ungraded schools are highlighted. Methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific-methodical literature, pedagogical supervision were used in this research. A few approaches to the organization of physical training lessons using differentiated approach were suggested. The basic criteria of the formation of motor skills of pupils in schools in rural areas were determined. Basic principles of PE teachers’ activity in rural ungraded schools were substantiated. They require the studying of individual characteristics of students’ morphofunctional development; choosing of methods and dividing students into the typological groups. The ways of improving the educational process at PE lessons were reviewed. Moreover the main role of teachers in the ungraded schools in education system was determined.
