Abstract
The investigation titled Balanced Scorecard, incidence in the effectiveness of management of the commercial system. Case of EmpresaGrau S.A., its objective was to determine the Influence of the Balanced Scorecard on the management effectiveness of the Company Provider de Servicios de Saneamiento Grau S.A. Commercial System.For this purpose, it is framed within the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach and a comparative-type field-cut modality. The population was made up of 175 people who belong to the commercial system of the Piura, Sullana, Paita, Talara and Chulucanas –Morrocon areas. The same population was established as the sample. As a harvesting technique, the data analysis technique was statistical analysis using Spearman's Rho Coefficient as an instrument.Among the results, the Influence of the Balanced Scorecard on the management of the commercial system standsout, which presents a correlation coefficient R = 0.811, which is considered good.It is concluded that there is an Influence of the Balanced Scorecard in the effectiveness of Management of the Company Provider de Servicios de Saneamiento Grau S.A. Commercial System because it has improved its administrative process, although it has not optimized it, but progress was made in this regard
