Teacher training program in Musical Art Education to improve academic competitiveness in the Bachelor of Art career

Abstract
This study analyzes the current problems that are generated in the current musical artistic education of future teachers of this specialty. The general objective is to propose a teacher training program in musical artistic education. The applied methodology is the inductive method with a quantitative methodological approach that is the most pertinent for the present case. The type of study has considered the cognitive, social, artistic aspects, as well as scientific production, which propose a creative, comprehensive and multidisciplinary vision. In addition, it is descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, applied in a population sample made up of 12 teachers and 154 students of the Bachelor of Arts career.The collection of data and information was obtained through instruments such as the questionnaire, developing a pilot test with the application of Cronbach's alpha in Excel to measure the reliability and correlation of the items, generating a significanceof 0.826909379 thus confirming the validity of the instrument. For the inferential analysis, the SPSS system was used, through which the normality of the distribution of data obtained is determined, which exceeds 50 elements, which is why Kolmogorov-Smirnov is applied. In the same way, the statistical result of correlation indicated absence of normality, applying Rho Spearman for non-parametric correlations. Ethical considerations regarding career outlines and the anonymity of information sources were maintained and respected. Thanks to this, the results and their respective discussion were analyzed in a descriptive and statistical way to generate conclusions that, "Music as a concept of art, can be studied with the tools of science. Art is not scientific; it is studied through aesthetics or the study of the processes of how it is produced and its foundations
