Baltic subregion in context global European development

Abstract
In the article the main problems of the Baltic States in the context of the transforming security system in Europe are considered. It is shown that the foreign policy activity of these states should be aimed at the search for consent and coinciding interests with foreign countries and interstate associations in the process of solving problems determined by national priorities. And only then can we talk about the region’s stable security in the external and internal aspects.
