Bank credit cards as a means of committing fraud

Abstract
The article describes and investigates peculiarities of fraud, which are carried out with the use of bank credit cards, in particular, argues are directed in favor that the subject of these criminal offenses should be related not only to the cards as a material object, but also to the information on the card, money (credit) funds and the right to property.
