BANK LENDING ON THE MODERN STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF BANKING SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose to investigate the state of bank lending at the present stage of development of the banking system in Ukraine. Methodology of research. In order to carry out the research we have used official statistical data of the National Bank of Ukraine; normative documents of the National Bank of Ukraine; scientific publications in this problem. In general, the processed data represent the period of 2010-2016. To achieve the objectives of the article we have used a set of general and specific research methods and techniques including the methods of deduction and abstraction identification; synthesis method, system approach (for the formation the tables which represent data about bank system functioning), and visualization (for graphic representation of the results) etc. Findings. The main stages of development of the banking system of Ukraine were disrupted. The peculiarities of functioning of the banking system at the present stage of its development were highlighted. The features of banking lending at the present stage of development of the banking system of Ukraine were explored. Originality. A comprehensive investigation of banking lending at the present stage of the banking system development in Ukraine was done. The results of it can be used as a methodological basis for further research of banking issues. Practical value. The results of investigation of banking lending at the present stage of the banking system of Ukraine development can be used in the practical activities of banking institutions. These results also can be used as the basis for further scientific and practical research of Ukrainian scientists.
