MANAGEMENT OF BANKING RISKS IN OPERATIONS OF PROJECT FINANCING

Abstract
Purpose – to evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management of the bank develop criteria and risk management operations of project financing bank. Methodology of research. The study is used a general scientific and specific methods of learning, such as method of scientific analysis (for the selection criteria for the effectiveness in the bank risk management), ball-gravimetric method (for ranking risk categories in terms of importance) and method of expert evaluations (to determine integrated assessment of the quality of the organizational and information support risk management). Findings. There are the system of analysis of the quality of risk management in the bank, based on the evaluation criteria 6, the necessity of risk management investment bank, the system of risk management operations of project financing bank. Originality. There are system analysis of the quality of risk management at the bank, the feature of which is the consideration of criteria: efficiency, overall efficiency, rationality and feasibility, reliability and functional adaptability, compliance with regulations and standards, quality of organizational and information support, allowing us to identify the significance of different risks in general system evaluation of the bank develop and directions about management. Practical value. Developed a set of criteria in the area of risk management and set the level of importance of various risks in determining the quality of risk management can be used by banks of Ukraine in the risk management process and the development of specific measures and recommendations for working with debtors. There was proposed risk management operations of project financing bank, that should be used to banks and business entities in the planning of project financial performance.
